    • Partnered with Realm to enhance their programming strategy, focusing on optimizing sponsorship opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with key partners. The approach began with a comprehensive audit of Realm's existing programs, sales documents, and past sponsorships to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities. A strategic program plan was then developed, featuring tiered sponsorship packages and bespoke opportunities for high-value partners. Each program was backed by a profit and loss analysis to guide pricing and decision-making. Finally, a compelling sales deck was created to showcase Realm’s unique value proposition and sponsorship benefits, positioning them for greater market success.

    • At NYCxDESIGN, the program and sponsorship strategy was defined to ensure a seamless process for pitching and securing sponsorships, while continuously inventing custom opportunities that aligned with the existing sponsorship framework. By working closely with the sales team, tailored opportunities were crafted to enhance the value of each partnership without starting from scratch each time. Additionally, impactful initiatives such as public space activation competitions, grant and residency programs, and social impact campaigns were conceptualized, built, and managed. These programs addressed industry needs while fostering equitable opportunities for hundreds of NYC designers. This approach led to a 10x increase in program sponsors during the festival's first year as a not-for-profit corporation, significantly expanding NYCxDESIGN's partnerships and sponsorship revenue.
